Our certified culture facilitators assess your current company culture. We are trained to find root cause issues and provide a detailed report of our findings along with recommendations and next steps. We work with all levels of staff and crowdsource their ideas for resolution to ensure buy in for the implementation phase.

Spectra Diversity assessment is the only dual assessment available today.

Organizational results will provide information about the current state of the organization on the Diversity and Inclusion Maturity Model.

Individuals taking the assessment will be given their own results on an individual model as a starting point for their personal growth.

DEI DESIGN & PLANNING

Once we have assessed where your organization is we work with your leadership team to create a comprehensive plan aligned with your organizational strategic plan. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. You only pay for what you need.

CUSTOMIZED DEI TRAINING We belong to a consortium of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practitioners. Depending on your needs we will develop customized training, recommend off the shelf solutions, or partner with a specialized trainer to provide your organization with the training and development necessary for your success.

RECRUIT AND TRAIN DIVERSITY EQUITY INCLUSION COMMITTEE

Many organizations have gotten the advice they need, but need help creating and developing their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Internal Committee. We have done this for many different clients both as a stand alone service, or as one piece of a comprehensive DEI Plan. We offer support packages to train your trainers, as well as leadership retreats as a space for your leaders to understand what is required of them to ensure success.

Do you have what it takes to become a restorative Justice. Equity. Diversity. Inclusion. (J.E.D.I.) change maker and light worker? Hmmm?

Once you complete the J.E.D.I. ASSESSMENT You will be placed in a training pod. Pods complete boot camp together as a unit and community of practice. Upon successful completion of this program you will be a Certified J.E.D.I. Practitioner.

Once you have completed J.E.D.I. BOOTCAMP you will be eligible to attend Quarterly J.E.D.I. RETREATS. This is where we will continue to deepen and grow our skills as Certified J.E.D.I. Practitioners.
